Job Title: Sales Specialist

The role of Sales Specialist involves identifying and engaging with potential clients interested in cash or personal loan products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including inbound leads, outbound calls, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
  • Clearly explain loan products, terms, and conditions to prospective borrowers.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documentation.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and actively follow up to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
Ideal Profile:
  • A proven track record in sales, preferably in financial services, loans, or target-driven sales environments.
  • Demonstrable experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with cash loans, personal loans, or other consumer lending products is advantageous.
