Job Overview

TalentHero is seeking an experienced Component Procurement Staff to handle procurement activities in a manufacturing environment. This role involves supplier quality management, cost analysis, and development activities, with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Quality Management: Ensure that suppliers meet the required quality standards.
  • Cost Analysis: Analyze costs associated with component procurement and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Development Activities: Collaborate with suppliers to develop new components and improve existing ones.
Requirements
  1. More than 2 years of experience in component procurement activities in a manufacturing company.
  2. Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
  3. Hands-on experience in supplier Quality-Cost-Delivery capability enhancement activities is a plus.
  4. Familiarity with market research, benchmarking, supplier development, and auditing activities is an advantage.
  5. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, other Engineering-related fields, or any business-related courses.
