We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, secure, and in good condition.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and schedules.
  • Collaborate with contractors and service providers to ensure effective maintenance services.
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Oversee the work of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • A graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Maintenance and Facility Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance practices and procedures, and building systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
