Key Roles and Responsibilities

The role of a Marketing Content Manager involves driving qualified leads, influencing the annual pipeline through targeted programs, equipping sellers and AEs with campaigns and assets that unblock deals and grow ACV. The goal is to turn the company into the go-to partner for safe, high-velocity AI services across in-person events, webinars, media, and thought-leadership channels.

Key Deliverables
  • Drive pipeline growth and accelerate deals.
  • Develop and execute campaigns, events, and content that move prospects from curiosity to closed-won.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or tech-focused professional services, owning programs end-to-end.
  • Experience running field, partner, and/or ABM initiatives that supported complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to hit pipeline targets and show clear attribution to bookings or revenue.
  • Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and project tools like Asana.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Campaign & event ownership from ideation through post-mortem.
  • Compelling copywriting and messaging tailored to technical and risk-oriented buyers.
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable building dashboards, slicing funnel data, and acting on insights.
  • Project & stakeholder management—juggling multiple programs while keeping teams aligned.
  • Adaptability: thrive amid shifting requirements, tight timelines, and ambiguous asks.
