Technical Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our IT team. As a key member of our digital and cloud technology services team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for technology and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the support and stability of the codebase, working closely with domain SMEs to implement required enrichment and rules, and educating non-development team members on software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead developer to automate integration of 3rd party software application with internal data infrastructure.
  • Review previous automation design and modernize it with microservice architecture design.
  • Ensure support and stability of codebase.
  • Work closely with domain SME team to implement required enrichment and rules.
  • Help educate non-development team members on software development best practices.
  • Presentation and update designs to other developers for review, alignment, and feedback.
  • Work with scrum team.
Qualifications

Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)

  • 8+ years hands-on full-stack software developer experience in multiple languages: Python, C#, SQL, Javascript, VueJS, Angular, NodeJS.
  • 2+ years driving software architecture & engineering best practices.
  • 5+ years developing with design patterns and microservices infrastructure.
  • 2+ years DevOps experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and working with containerized environments.
  • 2+ years strong communication skills.

Complementary Competencies (Good-to-have Competencies)

  • Data ETL experience.
  • Wireless Telecom experience.
  • Agile/Scrum team experience.
  • Cloud experience.
  • Junior developer coaching experience.

Educational Qualification/s

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or closely related discipline.

Work Conditions

  • Work From Home Set-up.
  • Golden Hour (4PM - 1AM Manila).
  • Monday-Friday (Weekend off).
  • No on-call.
  • No overtime.
