Cloud Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles to improve customer self-service experience.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
  • Experience with Linux systems and virtualization platforms.
