Key Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of the recruitment process, including identification of staffing needs and implementation of effective recruitment strategies.
  • Collaboration with hiring managers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is also required.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a compressed work week schedule from Monday to Thursday (7:00am-5:30pm) and Friday (7:00am-6:00pm).
