Job Title: Inventory Management Lead

This role is responsible for driving the strategic planning, monitoring, and optimization of inventory across client accounts.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading demand forecasting and replenishment planning using sales trends and historical data.
  • They will analyze inventory health (e.g., critical levels, overstock, out-of-stock risks) across SKUs and align inventory planning with marketing campaigns, promotions, and client seasonality.
  • The Inventory Management Lead will recommend inventory actions such as reorders, markdowns, or marketing push for slow-moving items and oversee inbound PO calendar and supply planning accuracy.
  • Additionally, they will develop and maintain reporting dashboards for inventory KPIs and collaborate with clients, sales, and logistics to align inventory plans with operational targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory planning or demand forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with e-commerce and/or 3PL operations is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
