Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Amare et Servire. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products are properly stored, handled, and dispatched in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading finished goods onto delivery personnel, customers, or product representatives based on outbound checker instructions.
  • Ensuring products are correctly batched/lot-numbered according to covering documents, have no physical defects, are properly tagged, and are stockpiled prior to delivery following established warehousing procedures.
  • Assisting in loading finished goods for local and export shipments.
  • Receiving and storing returned and/or rejected finished goods in designated areas.
  • Maintaining prescribed rules on forklift operations and maintenance, hygiene, and personnel safety.
  • Cleaning and inspecting assigned forklifts before and after shifts.
  • Operating forklifts carefully and performing tasks according to prescribed procedures and instructions.
  • Recording data accurately and documenting as assigned by superiors.
  • Adhering to GMP, sanitation, and safety standards and instructions.
  • Informing superiors of material, tool, and supply needs as required.
  • Being responsible for assigned forklifts and tools.
  • Relieving other forklift operators as needed.
  • Maintaining general housekeeping in the warehouse.
  • Participating in physical inventory.
  • Segregating non-conforming goods and reporting to superiors.
  • Performing additional tasks assigned by superiors.
