Job Summary

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services to meet the company's operational needs while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. This role requires collaboration with various departments to understand their requirements, maintain supplier relationships, and monitor inventory levels.

Main Responsibilities:

• Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services, ensuring the best value and quality.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform purchasing decisions.
• Supplier Relations: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align purchasing strategies with promotional activities and product launches.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in business management or any business-related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Purchasing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills and decision-making abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong business acumen.
• Willingness to work in Cubao, Quezon City.

Estimated Salary: PHP 35,000 - PHP 45,000 per month
