As a fast-growing organization, we are seeking an experienced Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warranty administration and claims processing, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Description:

The Claims Resolution Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies.

This includes initiating claims, tracking defects, following up on payments, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process warranty claims in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies.
  • Initiate warranty claims by gathering necessary information to submit to the remanufacturer and ensure clear communication with stores and shops regarding the steps involved in the claims process.
  • Directly handle complex claims and follow up with remanufacturers for claim updates.
  • Ensure thorough review and understanding of vendor warranty procedures to ensure accurate application and compliance.
  • Process all warranty paperwork and documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping.
  • Verify that all criteria required by vendors and remanufacturers are met for claim approval.
  • Track defects and ensure timely processing of labor payments, while following up on outstanding claims to guarantee payment.
  • Foster clear, professional, and timely communication with both internal and external customers to address service issues and maintain strong relationships.
  • Assist with clerical tasks as directed by the Sales Manager and Warranty Manager.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Support in a BPO industry or any related fields.
  • Preferably with experience in warranty claims administration or related fields.
  • Ideally with a technical or mechanical background and knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience working with US companies is a plus.
  • Experience handling automotive claims such as insurance or warranties is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills plus, highly process-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and efficiently with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
