Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Quality Monitoring and Quality Management teams, mentoring, coaching, and developing Managers, Supervisors, Team Leads, and team members.
  • Tutor Quality and Development: Oversee the improvement of overall lesson quality delivered by home-based tutors, developing and implementing preventive measures to identify and address potential lesson issues.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve LEM productivity by identifying enhancement areas and implementing effective actions, optimizing coaching and mentoring sessions for tutors as proactive measures to prevent lesson troubles.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field with relevant work experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, ability to mentor and coach team members, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related fields.
