At Asia Peopleworks, we are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our Commercial department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for the Commercial department, ensuring timely follow-ups and action plans.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative duties, maintaining accurate records and files as needed.
  • Liaise with PMO and KAM on CCO escalation/approval matters, ensuring seamless communication and decision-making.
  • Support Team and Customer meetings, including agenda preparation, MOMs, and follow-up action plans.
  • Collate Management Reporting Inputs from various teams, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
