Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our e-commerce store, you will be responsible for managing calendars, communications, and project coordination.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or e-commerce coordinator role and be proficient in Shopify admin and CMS management. They will also have basic coding skills to edit website content and troubleshoot minor issues.

You will thrive working at the intersection of executive support and e-commerce operations and enjoy managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy under deadlines.

In this role, you will be responsible for updating product pricing, descriptions, and website content, conducting regular content audits, and implementing site-wide copy changes. You will also perform quality assurance checks after product launches, price updates, or site changes, test customer journeys, and identify and escalate bugs or UX/UI issues promptly.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
  • Monitor inboxes and assist with communications and follow-ups
  • Prepare meeting notes, presentations, and internal documentation
  • Update product information
  • Conduct regular content audits and implement site-wide copy changes
  • Perform quality assurance checks after product launches, price updates, or site changes
  • Test customer experiences and identify and escalate issues promptly
  • Serve as primary point of contact for external partners
  • Track open projects, requests, and deadlines using tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion
  • Document and communicate requirements clearly
  • Monitor store performance and flag irregularities
  • Assist with pulling performance reports and customer data
