Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Mortgage Processor to support our loan processing team. This role involves reviewing mortgage applications, completing order-outs, and setting up Encompass files.

Responsibilities
  • File Preparation: Prepare mortgage files for review, including ordering credit and organizing documents in Encompass.
  • Pre-Approval Support: Send files to the Pre-Approval team when sufficient documentation is received.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients regarding their mortgage application status.
  • Tracker Management: Maintain a tracker of all files on your desk to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications
  • Mortgage industry experience is essential.
  • Encompass experience is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
