Administrative Operations Lead

About Your Role
The Senior Executive, Sales Administration will play a critical part in driving revenue growth through the effective implementation of sales strategies. This role will oversee the sales administration function, manage administrative support for the sales team, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating Sales Operations: Oversee the sales administration function to ensure efficient processing of orders, contracts, and customer inquiries.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor the sales administration team to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness within the sales function.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of sales processes.
You will be able to:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or related roles, with at least 2 years in a senior position
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets
