Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Provide support to the payroll team during peak periods.
Develop and maintain accurate payroll records, including updates to employee information.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll information.
Candidates for this position should possess:
A High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing, time and attendance management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Familiarity with ADP or Kronos UKG payroll systems is an asset.
