Job DescriptionCustomer Service
Description- Will answer inquiries and concerns from insured members (HMO) and hospital staff
- Graduate or undergraduate (completed at least 3 years) of any medical allied course
- (Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Medical Technology, Radiologic Technology, Dentistry, Nutrition & Dietetics)
- Can easily navigate computers
- Proficient in both English and Filipino, both oral and written communication
- Has the passion to help customers with their queries and complaints
- With good phone handling and active listening skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
