Job Description

  • Collaborate with assigned customer stakeholders to perform on-site services such as IT Infrastructure Hardware (HW) installation and decommissioning, network patching of servers, switches, routers, and modems.
  • Conduct site surveys to collect and transmit necessary information regarding network, server, and storage devices within the Data Center.
  • Provide remote hands support as directed by JPMC, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to network, server, and storage devices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ideally 3 Years' experience in a similar role – Candidates must be able to demonstrate how their previous experience would enable them to fulfil the responsibilities outlined.
  • Tertiary education or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft Qualifications or substantial, relevant experience in the management of Microsoft technologies.
  • Relevant CISCO networking qualification (CCNA/CCNP) OR substantial relevant experience in supporting Data Center Infrastructure environments.
