About the Job
  • Maintain and manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including timely and accurate financial statement preparation.
  • Conduct monthly and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Administer accounts payable and receivable, ensuring efficient processing, payment of invoices, and collection of revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices, with a proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and experience with financial statement preparation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting for U.S. companies.
  • Proficiency in financial accounting software, with a strong preference for experience in QuickBooks.
