  • Knowledge of agile software development principles, processes, and tools is required.
  • Experience with server-side programming languages like .NET (using C#.NET) is necessary.
  • Basic design ability, including knowledge of UI and basic prototype design for applications being worked on, is desired.
  • Strong front-end development experience with common frameworks such as HTML5, CSS, Angular, etc. is required.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis, design, and design patterns is necessary.
  • Experience with multi-threaded applications using asynchronous and event-driven programming is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Microservice Architectures: Kubernetes Containers, REST APIs, .NET Core, and Pod Auto-Scaling is required.
  • Working knowledge of database queries, stored procedures, and other database objects using SQL Server is necessary.
  • DevOps experience, preferably with GitHub Actions, Helm charts, ArgoCD, leveraging GitHub Flow for CI and GitOps for CD, is desirable.
  • Utilize DevOps and configuration management processes and tools for Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Testing.
  • Strong customer service skills to provide end-user/business owner systems support are essential.
  • Excellent analytical ability and keen interest to learn new platforms and technologies are required.
  • Knowledgeable in reporting tools like PowerBI, SSRS, etc. is desirable.
Education
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in software (.NET) development is necessary.
