Job Title

As a Performance Marketing Professional, you will play a key role in developing and executing paid campaigns. This involves working closely with the team to create and implement effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns to ensure optimal performance
  • Upload creative assets, ad copy, and track changes to stay on top of campaign performance
  • Monitor daily budgets, pacing, and performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports to inform strategic decisions
  • Support data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Maintain accurate trackers and campaign documentation to ensure seamless project management
  • Conduct thorough keyword, audience, and competitive research to optimize marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to remain ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with the team to test and refine strategies for creatives, audiences, and bidding
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of digital marketing and PPC principles
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to drive business decisions
  • Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Able to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results
