Job Overview

The Regional Fleet Lead is responsible for securing the fleet of agency and IC Delivery Partners, both current and future requirements. This role works closely with Hub Leads and respective agencies to address concerns with DPs.

  • Coordinates with HL to ensure timely payout computations to FINOPS.
  • Ensures area fleet team achieves targets in sourcing and onboarding DPs.
  • Secures agency Delivery Partners with the help of agencies.
  • Follows up enrollment of new DPs in FMS while removing inactive DPs' accounts.
  • Provides regular reports to superiors and non-regular reports as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve sourcing and onboarding performance of fleet teams.
  • Coach, mentor, and monitor department members' performance.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least 4-year college degree.
  • Work experience dealing with employment agencies for riders and drivers.
  • Experience in HR recruitment departments.
  • Mass sourcing and hiring personnel expertise.
  • Managing a fleet of riders and drivers is an advantage.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • High integrity.
  • Honest and transparent.
  • Organized and forward thinking.
  • Think outside the box.
  • Escalate problems before they become too big.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
