Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Team Guidance: Supervise a team of designers and developers, providing guidance on project briefs and requirements. Assign tasks, set priorities, and review work to ensure quality and adherence to project objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, development, and content teams to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives. Facilitate communication and ensure effective coordination between teams to deliver cohesive and integrated digital experiences.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring optimal utilization of resources. Work closely with finance and procurement teams to secure necessary resources and contracts.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivery of error-free and user-friendly digital assets. Conduct regular reviews, usability tests, and QA checks to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Performance Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital projects. Analyze data, generate insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization of digital strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in a digital production environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Digital Media, or Communications.
  • Expertise in planning, organizing, resource management, client management, timeline and cost management, quality control, and overall project management of digital products.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • A high level of creativity, innovation, and resourcefulness.
  • Experience in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
  • Leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation.
