About the Position

This role is focused on developing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications using artificial intelligence technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, building, and deploying cloud-based systems with a strong emphasis on AI-augmented tools and workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with back-end programming languages such as .NET and Python.
  • Proficiency in front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, including serverless infrastructure.
  • Advanced knowledge of AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain and vector databases.
  • Experience integrating and optimizing AI models within applications.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent understanding of enterprise integration patterns and cloud design principles.
  • Ability to craft effective prompts for large language models and optimize their performance.
  • Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Strong grasp of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using AI coding assistants and ability to lead change initiatives across teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Mentorship experience and track record of driving team improvements.
