About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves leveraging traditional and creative sourcing methods to uncover hidden talent. You will partner closely with our recruiters to understand role requirements, client needs, and candidate personas for highly technical positions, such as backend engineers, full-stack engineers, infrastructure, AI/ML, and product management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with recruiters to identify optimal candidate profiles and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack/Discord groups, and other niche communities.
  • Proactively engage and follow up with passive candidates, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stay up-to-date on engineering hiring trends, emerging technologies, and talent market dynamics to refine sourcing strategies and maximize results.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting is required.
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search is essential; familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, AngelList, and other technical communities is a plus.
  • Demonstrated understanding of software engineering roles, skills, and terminology is necessary for success in this role.
