Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our technical support staff.

This role involves resolving complex technical issues, providing training, and managing advanced systems and network environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems and network administration, with expertise in Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Dell, Palo Alto, Ubiquiti, and SonicWall devices.

In addition, they will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, including Windows Server, Azure, Cloud Computing, desktop operating systems, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex technical issues via phone, email, remote access, and onsite.
  • Act as primary escalation point from tier 1 and tier 2 support technicians.
  • Provide training as needed to the tier 1 and tier 2 support teams.
  • Advanced troubleshooting for server network issues.
  • Manage Citrix Environments (XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler).
  • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot Active Directory environments.
  • Design, implement, and support virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix Xen).
  • Manage enterprise storage systems (iSCSI, RAID, SAN, NAS).
  • Administer Office 365 and Azure, migrations, and license management for SaaS products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Relevant certifications preferred: Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), Azure Administrator/Engineer, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, Citrix CCA/CCP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE.
  • 5+ years in advanced systems/network administration, preferably in MSP or enterprise environment.
