About the Position:

  • The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating complex data pipelines that deliver high-quality datasets to stakeholders.
  • This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining data infrastructure, acting as a data custodian, building and deploying machine learning models, facilitating efficient data collection processes, and ensuring alignment with changing business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in Business Analytics, Engineering, or Data Science
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, especially Hadoop, Spark, Airflow, and Big Query
  • Understanding of ETL and big data pipeline
  • High-level understanding of design patterns
  • Expertise with diverse data modeling techniques

Skill Requirements:

  • Analyzing numerical data, verbal information, and other sources of information
  • Applying specialist technical expertise and developing job knowledge through continual professional development
  • Working with people, demonstrating an interest in and understanding of others, adapting to teams, and building team spirit
  • Presentation and communication skills, including speaking clearly, making presentations, and writing clearly and concisely

Work Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm or 7:00 am - 4:00 pm PH Time
