Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Driver Operations Specialist. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our driver network, ensuring that all drivers meet our high standards and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in customer-facing roles, with experience in training and verifying drivers. They will be knowledgeable in MS Office and possess strong leadership and training skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.

About the Role
  • Train and verify drivers based on set targets
  • Recommend driver training and process improvements to management
  • Review pipeline scheduling & complete training tracking sheets
  • Collect required documents from drivers and verify them before verifying driver in system
  • Work with accounting to ensure accurate, documented, and timely remittance of all cash collected from driver applicants in bank account
  • Responsible for approval and rejection of driver applicants according to set standards
  • Responsible for accurate stocks keeping of offline driver materials (e.g., jackets, boxes, stickers)
  • Enforce all Driver SOPs developed
  • Enforce all Driver Ops policies developed
  • Responsible for end-to-end execution of special projects or campaigns
  • Filling in for staff when there is shortage of personnel
Requirements
  • Candidate must have customer service / telemarketing experience
  • Must have experience in coordinating with different stakeholders
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Leadership and training experience would be a plus
  • High level of grit and perseverance
