Job Description- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expansion, and identify new business opportunities.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and complementary businesses.
- Proposal Development: Develop compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients, and collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that address client requirements.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and requests.
- 5 years experience in business development, with at least 2 to 3 years managerial experience.
- Previous experience in business development, preferably in a retail, logistics, and ecommerce environment.
- Proficiency in any warehouse management system, Microsoft Office suite, and Google Workspace Applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Extensive network of partners and companies is an advantage.
