Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, maintaining, and securing the organisation's IT infrastructure, focusing on Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Intune, Defender, and Purview.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows Server administration, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments, as well as hands-on experience with Intune for device and application management.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with our IT Infrastructure Manager and other teams to support business objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, maintain, and secure the organisation's IT infrastructure.
  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.
  • Oversee and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Configure and manage Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management.
  • Deploy and optimise Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of IT infrastructure engineering experience, focusing on Microsoft technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
  • Experience with Intune for device and application management.
  • Familiarity with security tools like Microsoft Defender and compliance solutions like Purview.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent are advantageous.
