Administrative Specialist Role

Hope Mountain Mindanao Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Tasks:
    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence.
    • Respond to emails, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
  2. Project Support:
    • Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting.
    • Collect and organize data for reports and presentations.
    • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  3. Communication & Coordination:
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and partners.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  4. Data Entry & Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant databases.
    • Prepare and submit reports as required.
  5. Other Duties:
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  1. Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum [Number] years of experience in an administrative support role.
  3. Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
