System Developer Position

This is a software development role within a global agile team.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, debugging, and operating ordering system applications in cloud production environments
  • Supporting legacy applications running on premises
  • Providing engineering support for end-to-end problem resolution and root cause analysis
  • Coaching and mentoring team members, providing guidance to enhance their skills
  • Managing code repositories using GIT, ensuring efficient version control and collaboration
  • Breaking down complex business and system problems into modular, maintainable solutions with the team
  • Planning, developing, and implementing automated tests using Robot Framework and industry-standard tools
  • Defining and communicating a long-term technical vision, while remaining adaptable to evolving business needs
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum required skills and experience include:

  • Five to ten years of experience in developing and maintaining back-end applications using JavaScript, React, and Python
  • Five to ten years of experience in API development using AWS services like Lambda and RestAPI
  • Five to ten years of experience in Agile development, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure
  • Five to ten years of experience in unit testing, test-driven development, and code reviews
