We are seeking a highly motivated Software Technician to support our AppSheet-based application development team. Your Role:

As a Software Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting and enhancing business applications built on AppSheet. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless functionality and performance of client-facing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for existing AppSheet applications">
  • Assist in building and maintaining AppSheet apps based on business needs">
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to data sync, user access, workflows and formulas">
  • Manage and manipulate complex Google Sheets data integrations">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve app usability and performance">
  • Maintain clear documentation and version control of app changes and configurations">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience working with AppSheet and Google Sheets in a technical capacity. A strong understanding of relational data structures, formulas and app logic is also essential. Additionally, you should possess a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, as well as good communication and documentation skills.
