Key Responsibilities- Provide product expertise to customers and process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Ensure inventory levels are managed effectively and merchandise is displayed attractively
- Apply effective sales techniques to meet individual and team targets
- Support store leadership with daily operational tasks and provide recommendations based on customer needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Assist in executing promotions, live selling, and social media marketing initiatives
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role (required)
