This is a remote part-time position that requires excellent communication skills, strong ability to follow structured scripts, and basic computer proficiency.

Job Description:

You will be the crucial first point of contact in our property acquisition process, connecting with potential sellers from carefully curated lead lists. As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will execute strategic outbound calls to pre-foreclosure and expired listing leads during peak response hours. You will conduct initial property owner conversations using proven qualification scripts, gather essential information about property conditions, pricing expectations, and seller motivation, and schedule appointments for the in-house acquisition team with qualified sellers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Strong ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
  • Basic computer proficiency for CRM management and data entry
  • Resilient and positive attitude with ability to maintain enthusiasm throughout calls
  • Available to work afternoon/evening hours (approximately 4-8 PM EST)
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
