Key Role: News and Public Relations Associate

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will assist in the company's journalistic and public relations work, leveraging experience in digital marketing, journalism, or public relations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research business stories, cover them, and write engaging articles
  • Develop and schedule weekly newsletters to reach a wider audience
  • Create compelling podcast features for listeners
  • Pitch, research, and write press releases that generate buzz
  • Manage public affairs and media efforts, including writing op-eds and mobilizing editorial campaigns
  • Design graphics and other visual content using Canva or Photoshop
  • Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter)

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, journalism, or public relations
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Self-motivated and organized individual
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Photoshop

Preferred Abilities:

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Clickup)
  • Basic web design skills using WordPress
  • Copywriting expertise
  • Knowledge of Facebook ads, Google Adwords, Pinterest ads, and SEO

Work Environment:
