Job Opportunity: Video Content Creator

The ideal candidate for this role will be a skilled storyteller with the ability to create engaging video content that resonates with our target audience.

This is a hybrid position that requires both on-camera presence and behind-the-scenes organization. If you have a passion for storytelling, are highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media and our website. This will involve brainstorming ideas, planning and executing content strategies, and working closely with the marketing team to ensure all content meets our brand's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation
    • Become a key member of our creative team by developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
    • Plan, write, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for various platforms.
    • Be the on-camera personality for content that is authentic, humorous, and engaging.
    • Edit additional video content featuring strong content flow, appealing graphics, UGC, product visuals, or other talents.
    • Track and report on content performance to inform future strategy.
  • Content Management
    • Assist the marketing team with day-to-day tasks, project coordination, and campaign execution.
    • Help organize creative assets, update marketing calendars, and track deadlines.
    • Support influencer outreach, product gifting, and content follow-up.
    • Organize and manage marketing files, folders, and internal documents to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation as a brand talent, videography, or digital media.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording techniques.
  • Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 EFSET level).
