Order Fulfillment Expert

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing orders with precision and efficiency. Your tasks will include entering customer orders into our inventory management system, scheduling shipments to ensure timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and book customer orders in a timely manner
  • Schedule shipments to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date order records in our CRM system
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or logistics
  • Proficiency in using cloud-based business platforms, preferably Zoho
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a consistent daily workload
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset but not required
