About this Job
  • This is a challenging opportunity to lead a team of IT professionals, fostering innovation and continuous improvement while effectively managing relationships with stakeholders across the company and the banking industry.
  1. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Accountable for the overall management and delivery of IT operations and process improvement initiatives;
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements;
  • Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency;
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit exercises and ensure timely resolution of audit findings;
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus;
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT management, including people leadership and operational oversight;
  • Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, Systems, and Network Management;
  • Proven track record in process improvement, continuous improvement, and IT governance;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
