
Business Growth Strategist

A seasoned Business Development Manager is required to handle key responsibilities within our sales team.
This role combines lead generation, project management, account handling, and client relationship building.
- Core Responsibilities:
Client account management, business opportunity development, and customer satisfaction enhancement.
Collaboration with the sales team for customer support provision.
Handling calls, resolving problems, entering orders, processing returns, and making outbound calls to support various sales programs.
Assisting customers at events, finding solutions and products.
Managing company programs and web stores for clients.
Developing or assisting with presentations.
Working with internal departments such as shipping, art, decorating, customer service, IT, and accounting.
Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Lead Generation; promotional industry experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Able to work overnight shifts within U.S. operating hours.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM tools.
Soft skills: Highly organized, self-motivated, reliable, and solutions-focused.
