Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up, implementing and supporting technological solutions.

The role involves setting up CI/CD pipelines for production deploys, developing and improving monitoring and alerting systems, creating and maintaining 'infrastructure as code' configurations to set up cloud environments on AWS and Cloudflare, and implementing methodologies and procedures to ensure system resilience and automatic recovery from failure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience with 1+ Associate level certification in AWS.
  • Work experience in infrastructure, database and network administration for highly available and scalable applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux System Administration and Bash scripting.
  • Proven experience with AWS Well-Architected Framework and AWS Serverless technologies.
  • Familiarity with web services, APIs, and RESTful architecture.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP and distributed networks.
  • Managing Cloud Infrastructure using Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Familiarity with the open-source monitoring stack of Grafana.
  • Development background - experience with Python, NodeJS, Nginx Configuration.
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
