Job Role:

This role involves the blending of digital marketing and brand design responsibilities. Ensuring timely delivery, on-brand execution, and driving results for newsletters, campaigns, ads, and creative assets is essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality digital content, including 2 monthly newsletters and optimized HubSpot campaigns.
  • Build and optimize workflows, forms, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
  • Report on key metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and subscriber growth.
Content Creation & Execution
  • Create engaging social media content, publishing at least 8 posts per month.
  • Collaborate with video editors to produce high-quality video content.
  • Write, format, and publish a monthly blog post on the company website.
  • Develop case studies with input from the delivery team.
Lead Operations & Management
  • Import leads from Predictive Index three times weekly.
  • Research ICP fit and provide lead scoring and notes for sales teams.
Brand Design & Delivery
  • Deliver 6–12 creative assets monthly, including ads, carousels, slide decks, and workbooks.
  • Maintain a centralized brand asset library, ensuring all visuals are high-quality and aligned.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, proposals, and one-pagers.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
  • Submit a monthly marketing performance report covering campaigns, leads, social media, and YouTube analytics.
  • Recommend optimization or creative experimentation ideas each month.

Requirements:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in HubSpot setup, campaign creation, workflow management, and analytics.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create engaging blogs, case studies, and social media content.
  • Lead Operations Knowledge: Comfortable researching leads via LinkedIn, scoring, and preparing for sales.
  • Reporting Mindset: Strong analytical skills, able to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements.

  • This role is a remote, independent contractor engagement.
  • To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:
