Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Web Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing databases, creating efficient queries, and managing data within web applications using database management systems.

You will conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to identify and resolve issues, ensuring proper functionality, performance, and security. Additionally, you will work closely with clients, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements, provide technical input, and communicate progress and challenges effectively.

This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to identify and resolve technical issues. You will use scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media to perform your duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize databases, create efficient queries, and manage data within web applications.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications.
  • Work closely with clients, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements.
  • Use scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not always required for fresh graduates).
  • Experience with server-side programming languages and familiarity with relevant frameworks.
  • Knowledge of database management systems and database design.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git for code management and collaboration.
  • Understanding of web security best practices and familiarity with common security vulnerabilities.
