Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IC Layout Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing full-custom and semi-custom integrated circuits. You should have a solid understanding of the trade-offs between area, parasitics, and schedule.

A successful candidate will be able to work independently, yet collaboratively with the team, to deliver high-quality designs on time. You should be proficient in debugging DRC, LVS, DFM, EMIR, Antenna, and Latchup issues.

The right individual will have a strong foundation in industry-standard tools and be able to lead projects from concept to completion. A collaborative mindset, a high bar for quality and delivery, and a willingness to learn and challenge yourself are essential qualities for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in full-custom/semi-custom IC layout
  • Proficient in debugging DRC, LVS, DFM, EMIR, Antenna, and Latchup issues
  • Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools
  • Project management and leadership experience is a plus
