Key Responsibilities

    • Work closely with onshore leaders to align priorities, clarify expectations, and set performance goals.
    • Communicate insights effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Process Improvement & Innovation:
    • Drive efficiency through automation, process optimization, and adoption of new tools and technologies.
    • Identify opportunities for the team to provide greater value to the organization.
