As a Financial Data Analyst at Sysgen RPO, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of duties and responsibilities. Your primary focus will be on managing customer databases, leasing applications, and incentives to provide Commercial insights into monthly commission payments.

Budget Preparation

  • You will provide commissions input to quarterly budgeting processes, streamlining financial planning and decision-making.

Decision Support through Information Analysis

  • As a focal point for issues and queries regarding commissions, you will leverage your expertise to provide commercially sound analysis and decision support to Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Improve management decision making through insightful analysis and improve data integrity by developing and evaluating processes.

Reporting

  • You will create daily sales reports and performance-to-target reports for Sales and Marketing teams, as well as unit reports and average cost/selling price files for marketing and commercial teams.
  • Ad-hoc analyses will be conducted as required, with opportunities for continuous improvement of reporting functions.

Primary Job Functions

  • Create Customer in the relevant system.
  • Maintain Customer.
  • Changes in Customer Terms of Payment & Customer Group.
  • Changes in Customer Particulars (name, search name, UEN, status, delivery address, email & phone).
  • Customer Change in Credit Limit.
  • Sales Request To Add Existing Customer Into Account.
  • Leads registration in SFDC for sales enquiries.
  • Leasing Application.
  • Pre-Approval for Leasing.
  • Internal Leasing Application (Exceptional, Special).
  • Finance/Operating Leasing Application.
  • External Leasing Application.
  • External Lease Differential Claims.
  • Manage OA.
  • Manage Commission.
  • Set Up Commission (Item Group, Sales Group, Commission Rate).
  • Calculates Commission.
  • Check Commission Calculation.
  • Manage appeals.
  • Manage Incentives (QPI) - Quarter QPI.

AR Collection (1st Invoice) - Manage 1st Customer Collection.

Performance Measures

  • Timely and accurate delivery of duties and responsibilities.
  • Customer Satisfaction.
  • Development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Maintenance of good working relationship with various teams.
  • Personal Development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or any related studies.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in a time-critical analytical role (ability to meet strict deadlines).
  • Advanced MS Access skills - Ability to import and export data, write complex SQL queries and macros.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills - Ability to create complex formulas, manipulate pivot tables, and create macros.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot with elements of ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication skills (assertiveness/confidence).
  • Good rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Strong knowledge in ERP Financial System, Financial Modelling, and MS Visual Basic.
