We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and experience with Source to Pay (S2P) platforms, preferably Coupa.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the contracting process, including the issuance of approved legal documentation and ensuring timely return and uploading of signed documents within Coupa.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract information in Coupa, including start dates, alerts for notice periods, auto-renewal, and assigning contract owners.
  • Managing supplier relationships and conducting financial risk assessments using Dun and Bradstreet.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate supplier information and addresses.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to provide guidance on procurement policies and best practices.
  • Managing updates about the Procurement Ops team on internal platforms like the Intranet and Slack.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise during the procurement process.
