Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Deliver actionable insights through detailed analysis of key business drivers, variances, and trends.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to develop comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles for product-related functions.
  • Compile and assess monthly financial commentary for accuracy and clarity.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Manage and improve financial models and reporting tools.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with professionalism and a continuous improvement attitude.
