Your Role

As a Team Lead, Recruitment Operations (Pre-Onboarding) at Boldrimpact, you will play a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our Talent Acquisition processes. You will oversee and guide the Recruitment Operations team, actively involved in day-to-day recruitment operations while shaping process improvements and ensuring seamless execution of recruitment activities. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders, own the contracting process of new employees, and lead initiatives that elevate the overall recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Recruitment Operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Own and manage the contracting process, ensuring compliance and efficiency in partnership agreements with candidates and vendors.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency in recruitment operations, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Participate in client calls to provide insights, ensure alignment with hiring needs, and build strong partnerships.
  • Oversee and optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) usage, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with pre-employment requirements, including background checks, reference checks, and offer documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, using data-driven insights to drive operational improvements.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding coordination by working closely with HR to prepare necessary documentation and training materials.
  • Manage and maintain recruitment-related databases, including job intake libraries, Workable pipeline organization, and Test Gorilla accuracy.
  • Standardize and document recruitment operations best practices, ensuring consistency and alignment across the team.
  • Provide training and support to the Recruitment Operations team and other stakeholders on recruitment operations tools and processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
